Project Description:

The 2024 Street Resurfacing Project includes asphalt cold-milling, asphalt rubberized hot mix (ARHM) overlay, removals and/or reconstruction of pavement sections, median removal, and raised crosswalk install.

Streets included:

• N. Las Virgenes Road (NB 101 exit to Parkmor Road)
• S. Las Virgenes Road (SB 101 exit to Agoura Road)
• Park Capri
• Daisy Trail
• Clover Trail
• Locust Drive
• Canyon Drive (from Clover Trail to Aster Trail)
• Parkville Road: Installation of Raised Crosswalk between Calamine Drive and Grape Arbor Park entrance

Project Update:

April 7 - May 21, 2025: Installation of a raised crosswalk on Parkville Road between Calamine Drive and Grape Arbor Park entrance.

• This raised crosswalk will provide a safe pedestrian crossing across Parkville for residents of the Saratoga Hills community to access Grape Arbor Park, working similarly to the crosswalk installed on Park Sienna which provides access to Calabasas Lake, slowing vehicles as they approach and drive over the crosswalk.

July 12, 2024: Paving in Highlands completed

July 5, 2024: Paving of the northern portion of Las Virgenes completed

June 14, 2024: Project begins

June 13, 2024: Proposed median removals on Cold Springs and Lost Springs was removed from this project

June 10-13, 2024:  All American begins mobilization

May 13, 2024: City awarded contract to All American Asphalt

May 7, 2024: Bids received by City

March 22, 2024: Notice inviting sealed bids for the 2024 Resurfacing Project
